Planning and coordination
The scaffold is part of the programme.
A commercial scaffold must work around the construction sequence, not simply the building elevation. QFS reviews access requirements alongside programme, logistics, interfaces and the needs of specialist trades before delivery begins.
Early involvement helps establish a clearer scope and identify access requirements that may otherwise emerge as variations once work is under way. During delivery, our site management teams coordinate labour, materials and adaptations as the project develops.
