QFS provided an extensive scaffolding package at 80 Fenchurch Street, supporting construction of a 14-storey commercial development with a central atrium and stepped upper levels.
The scope included HAKI staircases, guardrails, lifting gantries, protection walkways and heavy-duty ramps. An atrium birdcage and beamed access deck created safe internal workfaces, while weather-protection scaffolds helped keep sensitive activities moving.
The range of access types and the restricted City location required careful planning and close coordination with the wider project team. QFS adapted the works to the structure and programme while maintaining safe routes for operatives and materials.
