QFS delivered the access scaffolding for Hambrook House, a mixed-use development providing new homes alongside commercial space in central Brixton.
External and bricklayers’ scaffolds supported construction of the façade, while a hoist tower and loading bays helped move materials efficiently between floors. Dedicated lift-shaft access enabled safe progress within the building’s core.
The scaffold package was coordinated around the reinforced-concrete structure, envelope sequence and restricted urban site, giving multiple trades reliable access as work progressed in parallel.
