QFS provided a wide-ranging scaffolding and access package for the construction of St Andrew the Apostle School, a major new education development comprising a three-storey teaching block, a separate sports building and extensive external facilities.
The works included external access scaffolding to roof level, HAKI staircases, lift-shaft access and carefully coordinated cladding access. Guardrails and extensive edge protection helped maintain safe working areas as the structure and envelope progressed.
Pedestrian walkways were incorporated to separate people from live construction activity and maintain practical movement around the site. The project demonstrates QFS’s ability to support multi-building education schemes with adaptable access, strong coordination and safety-led delivery.
