QFS supported the major refurbishment and extension of 60 London Wall with access solutions serving both the external façade and the building’s central atrium.
The works included external façade access, staircases, handrails and a substantial birdcage scaffold within the atrium. Protected walkways maintained safe circulation, while scaffold screens helped contain work areas and reduce the impact on adjacent operations.
Delivered in a tightly constrained City location, the package required disciplined logistics and regular coordination as the retained structure was remodelled and new floors were added.
