QFS delivered a major scaffolding and specialist access package during Phase 2 of the transformation of the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station. Our works supported the restoration and redevelopment of the historic structure into a new mixed-use destination incorporating homes, offices, retail, hospitality and leisure facilities.
To meet the demands of this large and complex project, QFS operated 24 hours a day, providing continuous support to the construction programme. A dedicated site management team coordinated our workforce, materials, scaffold adaptations and changing access requirements, working closely with the wider project team and multiple specialist trades.
The scale of the existing structure, combined with the need to preserve its historic features, required careful planning, strong logistical control and the ability to respond quickly as the works progressed. Safety remained central throughout every stage of delivery.
The project demonstrates QFS’s capacity to manage major, technically demanding scaffolding packages with the resources, management expertise and round-the-clock support required on landmark developments.
