QFS delivered a specialist scaffolding package at Ropemaker Street, supporting construction of a major mixed-use development in a busy City of London location.
The works included gantry scaffolds, NIKO lifting beams and HAKI staircases, together with guardrails and PAS public-access staircases. Heavy-duty cycle ramps were designed to accommodate a particularly demanding access requirement without compromising the surrounding circulation routes.
The combination of lifting operations, public interfaces and restricted urban logistics called for precise sequencing and close coordination with the wider project team. QFS maintained practical, safe access as the project evolved.
