Planning and coordination
The scaffold is part of the programme.
QFS develops temporary-roof access around the practical needs of the project. The scope is reviewed with the contractor to understand what must remain operational, which trades require access and how the protected area will change during the programme.
Early coordination is particularly important where the site is restricted or the roof must interface with existing façades, neighbouring properties or ongoing structural alterations. The resulting arrangement must remain safe, usable and manageable throughout its time on site.
