QFS was appointed to provide the specialist scaffolding and access package for the controlled demolition of Clare House, a 22-storey residential tower in Bow, East London.
Our works include a fully encapsulated demolition scaffold, flame-retardant protective sheeting, a HAKI access staircase and a bridging gantry for demolition plant. The scaffold is progressively dismantled alongside the top-down demolition, remaining above the active working level to provide continuous protection and contain dust and debris.
The project is being delivered within a restricted residential location, with neighbouring properties remaining occupied. This requires detailed planning and close daily coordination between QFS and the client’s demolition team.
